Big Dude's is a longtime (30 years) Kansas City Music Store. The thing I like about them is that they really take care of you after the sale. I went with a friend of mine to return a blown speaker. They repaired it right then while we waited. I have never forgotten this and will always purchase big ticket items from them for this reason.
